Pertinent first degree (MQF Lv6) in the respective area of research and operation or an appropriate recognised comparable qualification plus three (3) years relevant work experience

AND

Warrant to practice as Conservator OR necessary documentation to qualify for a warrant in terms of article 31 and 32 of the Cultural Heritage Act.

Qualified conservators who do not have the necessary requisites to qualify for a warrant may also apply, however they would have to work under constant supervision of a warranted conservator.
